I had a couple days of really horrid binging last week (candy, ice cream... days in a row, oh my god!) but now I seem to be back on track! I was scared to weigh myself for a few days, but I did this morning and I was 141.9! That's just 1.9 away from my first goal weight. I can't wait to hit 139, the 130s will feel SOOO good! Then it's off to GW2 = 130. I WILL be 130 or less by the time I move in September!! As soon as I hit 130 I'll set some more goal weights... but I like to take baby steps and find it depressing to have a GW3 around 120 and then one less than that when I have so far to go until I get there.
